1- How can I receive a quote?

Just give us a few but necessary information: the desired quantity, if you have already ideas about the chosen product, what are the delivery times, the budget and the chosen target.
2- What kind of gadgets do you do?
Each product we offer is the result of a careful selection by our managers. Each gadget is searched based on the customer’s identity, based on the product’s communication goal.
For particular needs, we can also create a product that reproduces the shape of the object to be promoted ad hoc.
For a long time now we have been taking care of the service materials of some important customers in the beverage, food and confectionery sector: such as cups, infusion sets, shaped covers for bottles, mats / barmats for the bar counter, work sets for bartenders, displays / candy packaging, led coaster, ice / ice bucket baskets, barista uniforms and aprons, etc.
3- Can I customize it?
The best thing for us is to customize the proposed product with your logo! We can supply both neutral items, in stock, and with one-color, two-colors, four-colors logo, with laser customization or, for some gadgets, even embroidered!
4- We have an event, can you recommend something suitable?
These are the challenges we like! Our team of managers are specializes in impossible missions. Just give us some information like: budget, quantity and type of event and we’ll take care of the rest.
5- Can I receive a graphic proof?
Our graphic design department is ready to develop any type of rendering!
It will be enough for us to have the logo and we will send you the graphic proof of the desired object with your logo so as to see the customization realized before confirming the order.
6- How soon will I receive the offer?
We always do our best to guarantee feedback, especially with orders with very tight deadlines, as soon as possible. We aim to give feedback within 24 hours for quotes from the numbers we can find in Europe and within 48 hours for more important numbers to find in China.
7- Can I receive a sample with my logo?
The sample is a fundamental step for a confirmation of production: our modus operandi is to deliver a sample, either neutral or already customized, in the shortest possible time so as to continue production with all the necessary security, especially on the details.
8- Can we make 50 pieces?
We can also work in stocks but we are much more competitive on large numbers. Our suppliers have the minimum order, the MOQ, the more we can choose a high quantity, the more competitive the price will be.
Anyway our MOQ is 1000pcs for EU Stock.
9- What are your delivery times?
Here it too, it depends on certain factors. First and foremost the quantity, then from the period: by producing and shipping from China we take great care to organize the transportation of our customers’ goods before local holidays such as the New Year (in February) or in time for our summer holidays or for the Christmas holidays.
Approximately shipping by sea from China takes 40 days, by air 15-20 days; with Europe, on the other hand, the timing is much more limited, around 10 days: we always use the most reliable couriers to guarantee delivery in line with the needs of our customers.
10- How much does transport cost?
Transportation is usually already included in the unit price of the product. The final price includes all possible duties, maritime taxes, grounding and customs clearance operations. We take care of everything! The preferred place of delivery will be sufficient.
11- Can I buy FOB? (Free On Board: the recipient deals directly with the port in the Chinese port)
Absolutely yes! The price of the product will simply be the sum of the cost of the neutral item plus its possible customization or special packing requirements without, of course, the cost of transportation. The customer will take care of arranging the shipment.
12- Do you deliver throughout Italy / Europe?
Sure! We rely on the most important transporters in the area: DSV, TNT, Bartolini, Fedex, Savino del Bene, etc.
13- Do you carry out incentive operations?
For some years now, some important names in confectionery have chosen to confirm their trust and entrust us completely with the choice of articles in their incentive catalogs.
We are always attentive to new brands, to the needs of the end customer with the aim of identifying ourselves with his needs and the joy of being able to choose the brand new model of the product of that brand that he likes so much.

14- Do you have eco-friendly materials?
Ecological responsibility is important for everyone. We have many suppliers, including Chinese ones, that produce only “green” materials. Among the materials we like the most are: cotton, jute, bamboo, etc. And all certified! Check our catalog!
15- Do you have the certification?
Yes! For eco-sustainable materials, aimed at children or dedicated to contact with the body (such as gloves, scarves or socks), we ask for certification already in the initial phase. In the event that the supplier does not have one, we collaborate with important verification and analysis institutes such as SGS. Each new certification is prepared ad hoc based on the article to be certified.
16- What are your areas of specialization?
Our peculiarities are: the beverage, night life, events and everything that goes around the field of cosmetics and foods. However, as we have said, no sector is too daring for our experts: the goal is to satisfy all requests, even the most difficult or urgent ones, in the best possible way.
17- What payment methods do you offer?
Our working method suggests us to opt for the classic 30-60 days for end customers and a 30% advance on the order and the balance of 70% at the end of production for the Agencies.

19- Do you have a price list?
Each customer can decide what the peculiarities of their gadget are. From the type of packing to the type of customization. This makes it difficult to establish standards. Another vital factor is the date of grounding from China: thanks to collaborations with our transporters, we can guarantee an even air shipment, this affects the final price of the goods.
20- Are the prices with 22% VAT? No, all prices displayed by Idea Group IGM are to be considered VAT excluded.
